Doula Mentorship Program

Grow with Confidence. Learn Through Experience.

Our Doula Mentorship Program is designed for aspiring and newly trained doulas who want to build confidence through hands-on learning. As a mentee, you'll have the opportunity to attend prenatal visits, births, and postpartum visits while learning alongside Amanda Matthews, an experienced certified birth and postpartum doula and certified childbirth educator.

Amanda remains the lead doula on every client, allowing you to observe, ask questions, gain practical experience, and develop your skills in a supportive, professional environment.

This program is ideal for doulas who are:

• Working toward certification
• Looking to gain birth experience
• Building confidence in supporting families
• Passionate about evidence-based, compassionate care
• Eager to learn in a collaborative environment

The Blossoming Babies Birth & Postpartum Doula Collective brings together independent doulas who value collaboration over competition. As part of our collective, you'll continue operating your own business while benefiting from the support of an established, respected brand and a community of like-minded professionals.
