During each  shift, you'll receive newborn care, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support, soothing and settling techniques, emotional support, and guidance as you build confidence in caring for your baby. Light baby-related household tasks, such as washing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, and tidying the nursery, are also included.

Perfect for families seeking additional overnight support, the Nurtured Nights Package provides compassionate newborn care while you rest and recover. Your postpartum doula offers feeding support, soothing techniques, newborn care, and light baby-related household tasks, helping you feel confident, supported, and well-rested during the early postpartum weeks.

Our most comprehensive postpartum offering, the Fourth Trimester Package provides ongoing daytime and overnight support to help your family thrive during the early weeks with your new baby. Enjoy expert newborn care, feeding support, emotional encouragement, and light baby-related household tasks while you prioritize healing, bonding, and rest.
