Includes two prenatal visits, 24/7 support, on-call availability during your due month, continuous support during labor and birth, one postpartum visit, and lactation support. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your birth month, applied to the final balance due at 36 weeks.

This service is a 5-week course, starting around the 20th week of your pregnancy to teach you the ins and outs of pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding and postpartum care so you can have the healthiest pregnancy possible- and a successful, empowered delivery!
Learn how your body supports labor and ways to stay comfortable through each stage. Featuring: 👩⚕️ Jenneca Andrew, PT, DPT, WCS – Pelvic floor specialist demonstrating how the pelvis moves during labor 🧑⚕️ Dr. Chris Boman – Webster Certified chiropractor with a specific focus, sharing tips for optimal alignment and birth prep This workshop is perfect for expecting parents who want to feel more connected and prepared for birth. 💲 Workshop Fee: $50.00
I offer a free consultation/interview to meet you, and get an idea of what you're looking for in a doula. I want to make sure we are a perfect fit before I enter into your sacred birth space. I will utilize this time to go over any birth preferences you have, as well as your birth plan if you have one.
