As a birth doula, my role is to be your advocate, your source of information, and your unwavering support system. I believe that every birthing mother deserves to have a positive and empowering birth experience, and I am committed to helping you achieve that. Whether you are planning a hospital birth, a birth center experience, or a home birth, I am here to ensure that your wishes and preferences are respected and honored.
I have received comprehensive training in childbirth education, comfort measures, and emotional support techniques. My goal is to provide you with evidence-based information, helping you make informed decisions about your birth plan. I will be by your side throughout labor, offering physical support such as massage, positioning suggestions, and breathing techniques to help you find comfort and relaxation.
Beyond the birth itself, I am here to support you during the postpartum period as well. I can assist with breastfeeding guidance, newborn care education, and emotional support as you navigate the joys and challenges of early parenthood.
